Where do you ship from?
Our warehouse is based in Slovenia, and we ship from there.
That is why we have fast shipping times across Europe, and your customers don't need to wait 20 days for the product to be delivered.
What are the delivery time and shipping costs?
It takes us 1-2 business days to process & pack the order, and on average 2-5 days for a courier to deliver the order to the end customer. Once you register, you'll be able to see shipping costs per country.
Is any branding possible if requested?
There's a possibility of shipment branding. You can enter the name of your shop which will be printed on shipping label and placed on package, so your customers know you are the sender.
At this point we do not offer packaging branding.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, along with standard prepaid type of orders, eComZone offers COD payment method to 14 countries.
What about the return and refund policy?
Returns: eComZone handles declined packages automatically, where you will not be charged for the product, only shipping and return fee, because your customer did not pick up the product.
Refunds:
If a customer returns a product in its prime condition and in the timeframe of 14 days, we charge shipping and return fee.
If we are responsible for the return (product arrived damaged or not working), we will initiate a full refund to you.
We follow the EU procedure regarding electrical products. The warranty period is valid from the end customer's first date of product purchase, and any claim under this warranty must be filed within 12 months.
Are all product information listed in the catalog? How will I use it to start dropshipping with you?
The products on platform have only one image because of platform speed and functionality. After you setup account, you will get all needed information and content.
You can import products to your platform:
a) manually - creating products on your webshop
b) in bulk - via CSV or XML file that we generate on request
c) via API integration
d) via Shopify integrator
e) via WooCommerce plugin - COMING SOON
Could you send me one product to my address first?
Yes, after you get confirmed account on our platform, you can make test orders. Order as many products as you please at any address you like and see how everything works in practice.
At what price can I sell on my website? What about a free delivery option to an end customer?
You determine the price of the products you will sell. When determining the price, of course, our experts will explain how to take care of the profit and what is the lower limit below which you should not go.Regarding the free delivery option, it is up to you whether you want to include delivery fee in the product price and show it as free, or charge it separately. We recommend that you test both variants.
Do I have to place orders manually on your site? Or is it automatically through my ecommerce?
There are multiple ways to place orders on our platform:
1. Manual via dropship platform (adding products to cart)
2. Bulk import orders via our CSV template or Shopify CSV template
3. API
4. Shopify integrator - Requesting fulfillment for Shopify orders automatically via integrator

When do out-of-stock products return?
We have a steady restock system. As soon as our stock is decreasing, we are arranging new shipments from China.
However, some products are bulky and they need to go via sea/ship because of high transport price and estimated delivery time is 40-50 days.
Smaller items go via air and they can be restocked every 15-20 days.
What is your pricing like, do you have any minimum starting requirements too?
There is no MOQ, there is no hidden fees.
Dropshipping can be from 1 piece.
We send to your customers directly.
Shipping prices are all the same for all our products, prices does not change per weight/size, it's fixed!
What products do you offer?
We offer low/mid ticket viral dropshipping products. All products are tested before importing, so you can expect much better quality than with regular dropshipping suppliers from China. There are all kinds of product categories, like clothing, gadgets, tools, winter/summer products, weight loss, toys, baby stuff, sport equipment. It's best that you register for free and see it for yourself.
How do i pay you for orders / products? What methods are available?
Our platform functions via wallet. You can deposit money into wallet via paypal (instant) or bank transfer (1-2 days). Then use funds from the wallet to place orders to your customers or test orders to yourself. You will receive weekly accumulated invoice (from our company) to your company, for all orders placed in that week.
